Terms Of Purchase

Making a purchase with WatchConcierge could not be easier. Just browse our products and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to login to your account or create a new account before you can complete your purchase. We accept credit and debit card payments, and will not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. As an anti-fraud measure we check all transactions before shipping. You will receive an order confirmation but a contract between us will not exist until we have sent the appropriate invoice. Only at this point will we have agreed to sell you the selected items at the appropriate price. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item we will contact you and let you know what the alternatives are. If the shipping address does not match the card address extra steps will be taken to ensure that it is not a fraudulent transaction and if we feel this is the case no shipping will take place. In addition, overseas orders will not be shipped until the transaction has been fully verified. All items that are returned will be checked to verify that they meet the above terms. We advise, therefore, that if you are not satisfied with the product, to keep it in its box and arrange a return as indicated above. All our prices are VAT inclusive. Orders are processed on a daily basis, and we guarantee delivery within 3 - 5 working days. This includes the time taken for pre-checks prior to shipment. As part of our quality control we verify that the rate of the watch is correct, we also use this time to ensure that transactions are not fraudulent.

Warranty

WatchConcierge is not an authorised dealer for all the watches that we sell. All watches are brand new, unworn and in factory condition with all the relevant manufacturer paperwork, unless otherwise specified. For those brands for which we are authorised retailers you will receive a stamped warranty card. In addition, some items for which we are not authorised dealers will also bear a valid stamp granting a full international warranty. In all other cases WatchConcierge provides a full 2 year warranty against any manufacturing defect in line with the manufacturers warranty. If during this time a manufacturing defect becomes apparent, any repairs required will be carried out free of charge at an authorised repair centre. If it is clear that any malfunction has been caused by misuse or lack of reasonable care on the part of the customer, all costs relating to any repair will be chargeable. This includes all postage costs and the cost of the repair. The WatchConcierge warranty does not cover damage such as scratches, crystal, straps or any damage due to excessive wear and tear or wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturers specifications (water resistance, excessive shock etc).

Returns

WatchConcierge operates a standard 14 day returns policy, unless otherwise stated. Returns for items must be requested within 10 days of purchase by calling 0845 257 5834, or by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as it is important for us to know the reason for your dissatisfaction. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in unworn condition with all the original packaging (excluding external boxes used for shipping) intact. Unworn condition means that there are no signs of wear (scratches, discolouration of straps etc.). If the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace it or issue a refund. If the item is being returned for any other reason and is in unworn condition with all the original packaging, we will issue a refund.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped free of charge. Items to be shipped outside of the UK will be subject to stringent anti fraud checks. We currently only ship within the EU. For orders outside of the EU please contact us. All of our card transactions are processed in a fully secure encrypted environment and subsequently handled by a major clearing bank. Rest assured that your details are secure. We do not store any credit card details on our systems after they are processed. Any card details taken over the phone are keyed in directly, we do not store any of this data. We use sophisticated fraud checking technology, which will perform an analysis of the transaction to establish its authenticity.
